Who makes up Adaptive Software Solutions?

Since graduating from the University of Adelaide in 1994 with a B.Sc. in Maths and Computer Science, Michael has worked for a wide range of companies, spanning start-ups through to multi-nationals.

For several years he was the principal software engineer and team leader for EDSAS, a school administration software system that is still in use in every government school in South Australia.

He has 15 years of experience in consultation, design and implementation of software solutions in school and business administration, accounting and finance, hospitality, real estate, real-time simulation, electrical power, medical and freight industries.

Since 2004 Michael has been self-employed as an independent software consultant / analyst, and is currently utilising both mature and cutting-edge software technologies to provide high-quality solutions to a range of clients in Australia and in Europe.

Gavin has gained extensive experience in accounting, finance & management working in banking, manufacturing, exporting and transport/logistics combined with 15 years experience in system design, software development and IT Infrastructure planning & implementation.

Since 1993 Gavin has been self-employed as an independent software consultant developing systems for transport, forestry, agricultural & emergency services sectors.

In 2002 Gavin was approached by State Emergency Services SA to develop a software package that would meet the management needs of the SES. The resulting application provided a foundation for delivering strategic, risk, asset, human resource, financial and information resources management to the emergency services sector. Gavin was awarded a Commonwealth Emerging Technology Grant for this project.

Utilising his experience and knowledge of business operations , Gavin has interpreted & solved complex problems for a range of satisfied local & international clients.
