Adaptive Software Solutions is based in Australia, as are most of our clients, however recently we have begun to service clients in the EU via a base in Estonia. We utilise modern distributed software development environments, such as Assembla, to co-ordinate our design and development activities across the globe and different timezones. Client liason and support is provided via personal visits, whenever possible, however remote support (via phone, email and Skype) is offered as a way of reducing costs to clients, whilst also improving response time.
